Still, if you’re leaning toward the Galaxy Buds 2, you might be a little bit let down. The buds don’t come with wing tips, which help them fit comfortably in your ear. It wasn’t a deal-breaker, but for high-intensity workouts, I wouldn’t recommend them over the QuietComfort Earbuds. As an alternative, the Samsung Galaxy Wearable app has an ear fit test that can help you figure out which ear tip size is best for your ear shape.

Touch controls are the same on both the Galaxy Buds 2 and the QuietComfort Earbuds. The Galaxy Buds 2 and AirPods Pro don’t sound as good as the QuietComfort Earbuds. They have a sound that is fuller, more dynamic, and more detailed, so you can hear each bass note. The QuietComfort Earbuds sounded just as good as the best wireless earbuds on the market. They were even better than the expensive Sennheiser MOMENTUM True Wireless 2. They sound good with a lot of different kinds of music, and hip-hop fans will feel the bass kick.

If you like how Samsung and AKG tune their audio, the Galaxy Buds 2 won’t be a big surprise. Samsung gives you six different options for the equalizer, one of which is “Bass boost.” Even though the sound quality isn’t great, the highs and lows are smooth and well-controlled. Many types of music sound great and have more bass than you might expect.

Active noise cancellation is better on the Bose QuietComfort Earbuds than on the Galaxy Buds 2 and most other wireless earbuds (ANC). They are just like the Bose 700 headphones, which have great ANC. With the Bose Music app, you can choose from four different sound modes and up to 10 levels of noise cancellation for the QuietComfort Earbuds. By default, when you take one of the QuietComfort Earbuds out of your ear, the music stops in both, and the noise cancellation level in the other earbud changes to full transparency mode. So you don’t have to listen to just one bud with noise cancellation turned on. When you put the earbud back in, the music will start playing again and the noise cancellation will go back to where it was.

Active noise cancellation is present in both the AirPods Pro and the Galaxy Buds 2. They have three levels of ambient sound control that can be changed. The Buds 2 work well indoors to block out the sound of a humming air conditioner or bad weather. You can still hear the sounds of public transportation on your way to work, but with noise cancellation turned on and music playing in your ears, these sounds won’t bother you. Galaxy Buds 2 vs. Bose QuietComfort Earbuds: Microphone Quality

The QuietComfort Earbuds work well for phone calls, but they might not be as good as the AirPods Pro. It cut down on street noise while calls were being made. My voice was clear and I could hear well, but there wasn’t much noise reduction during calls. You can use both earbuds to listen to the phone. But the microphone is only in the right earbud, where you speak into it. The QuietComfort Earbuds also have a sidetone feature that lets you hear your voice during calls so you can change the tone of your voice.

Samsung made the Galaxy Buds 2 so that when you make or take a call, they reliably block out background noise. Three microphones and a VPU (voice pickup unit) work together to isolate your voice for clearer calls. In a quiet room, Samsung’s microphone did a great job of focusing on my voice, but there was some echo in the background. These earbuds do a great job of blocking out traffic noise and making it easier to hear what people are saying. But it can make it hard to hear callers because it filters out noise from other people. Even so, the Galaxy Buds 2 have a good microphone that lets you make calls in a variety of places.

Galaxy Buds 2 vs. Bose QuietComfort Earbuds: Battery Life

The QuietComfort Earbuds’ battery life is 6 hours, which is good for noise-cancelling earbuds. If you can’t turn off both transparency mode and ANC mode at the same time, it could affect the overall battery life. That won’t cause any trouble. A quick charge that takes only 15 minutes will give you about two hours of battery life. The Bose charging case that comes with the speaker can be charged wirelessly and works with other Qi-certified wireless chargers. When fully charged, the case can hold power for up to 18 hours.

Samsung says that the battery life of the Galaxy Buds 2 is 5 hours with active noise cancellation turned on and 7 and a half hours without it. That’s normal for earbuds that block out noise. About 12 percent more battery life will be added to your phone after a 10-minute charge. The charging case from Samsung can give your phone up to 20 hours of battery life. Compared to the QuietComfort Earbuds, this is longer. The way the Galaxy Buds 2 are charged is also great. You can charge the case wirelessly or with the USB-C cable that comes with it.

Galaxy Buds 2 vs. Bose QuietComfort Earbuds: Bluetooth Connection

The QuietComfort Earbuds use Bluetooth 5.1, which isn’t quite as fast as the Galaxy Buds 2’s Bluetooth 5.2. Low Energy Isochronous Channels is one of the most interesting new things in Bluetooth 5.2. This version will let more than one Bluetooth device connect to the same source.

Smart speakers and smartphones aren’t getting as much attention as wireless earbuds when it comes to the growth of voice assistants. Earbuds are becoming more popular because they are smaller and easier to carry than other mobile devices.

We all know that electric skateboards aren’t cheap.

I’ve bought boards for thousands of dollars. But before you go cry in the woods about how much you’ll have to save, there is a small glimmer of hope for those of us who are broke.

At what price is an electric skateboard considered cheap or on a budget?

The average price of an e-board is between $600 and $1,500, but some high-end boards can cost more than $2,000.

Having a budget means buying anything for less than $500.

So, if you want to save money, look for something between $375 and $550.

Are Lower Priced Boards Worse In Performance And Quality?

Many people think that the word “cheap” means low cost and low quality. And that is true to some extent.

I was in the market for a new laptop not long ago. I bought a $200 Chromebook, but I had to send it back because it was poorly made and didn’t work well. Later, I went to Best Buy and bought a $650 Dell Inspiron that I immediately fell in love with. The difference in speed, hardware, display, and power was really amazing…

The truth is that you won’t get the quality and performance you deserve if you don’t pay the price.

“Cheap is more expensive” is a phrase you may have heard. That’s because cheap parts, materials, and products break easily and fail on you much more quickly, costing you (and your wallet) more in the long run.

But I’ve found some rough diamonds. Low-cost electric skateboards that are well made and perform as well as or better than high-end brands.

If you buy the cheapest electric skateboard on Amazon, it will be a waste of your money and time, and you’ll wonder, “Why did I even get this thing?”

What are some brands that are less expensive?

Before we talk about which boards you should get, here are some brands that usually make boards for less money that still work well.

  2. Buy Used – If you buy a used board, it will have to cost less. It’s a great investment as long as it doesn’t have too much wear and tear.
  3. Phone A Friend – Friends are very helpful in almost every situation. If you have a friend who is willing to sell you a used board, it’s likely that they will give you a discount because you’re a friend.

Since the beginning, I’ve been a fan of Ownboard, and I can’t say enough good things about their boards, especially the W1S.

The deck is shaped like a longboard and comes with a carrying handle. At $379, this board is a steal for how well it works.

  • Range: 12 miles (can be upgraded)
  • Incline Rate: 30%

The standard range of 12 miles is fine, but if you need more, you can just buy a Samsung 6.0 AH battery for $419 to get 14 miles or a Samsung 8.0 AH battery for $549 to get 19 miles.

The deck is 38 inches long, flexible, and made in a longboard style, which makes it much easier to ride than stiff decks and styles.

The remote and throttle are easy to use and make it easy to start, stop, and speed up.

When I opened it up when it got here, I could tell it wasn’t some cheap piece of junk. It’s really well made.

Again, for a base model that costs less than $400, I’m sure you could find this money.

Ownboard Mini KT

Retail Price: $379

The great thing about Ownboard is that a lot of their boards sell for the same price, $379. The Mini KT is the same.

The W1S and the Mini KT both have the same performance features:

The Mini KT has a 30-inch deck, which makes it smaller, lighter, and easier to carry than the big, heavy boards that many people ride these days.

Even though it is smaller and lighter, it still has a lot of power, which you will notice as you go uphill.

My street is very steep, going up at an angle of 30 degrees. But the Mini KT gives the hill what for… No, really, it just rolls up the whole thing.

I don’t like how stiff its deck is, but that’s just a matter of taste. This board is great and inexpensive.

Backfire G2

Retail Price: $409

A little while ago, I learned about the Backfire from all the buzz I was reading about it on Reddit.

They have both cheap and expensive boards, but when I tried the G2 for the first time, I knew it had to be in this article.

Even though it says it’s for beginners, it’s still pretty powerful, and I have nothing but good things to say about it. The deck is pretty versatile, and the range is good (I got about 11.5 miles on a charge).

Even though Backfire said it could only do 20 percent hill climbing, the power is definitely there. I found that it could go up even the steepest hills!

As the video above says, this board isn’t just for people who are just starting out.

Meepo V3

Retail Price: $379

Meepo is a lot like brands like Ownboard and WowGo. The boards are so similar that I wouldn’t be surprised if they didn’t all come from the same factory!

The V3 is a cheap and longboard from Meepo. But don’t get the wrong idea, this thing is a beast.

  • Range: 11 miles (can be upgraded to 20 miles)
  • Incline Rate: 30%

Just look at that maximum speed… That’s crazy, 28 mph!

Meepo is so fast and can move so quickly that it’s kind of scary.

A year ago, I met up with a group of e-skaters. One of the people there talked about how fast his Meepo was. He wasn’t kidding when he said this thing was hot, even though it wasn’t the V3. I’m pretty sure he could keep up with most cars on the road.

The V3 has a range of 11 miles, which can be upgraded to an extended range (ER) of 20 miles for a total retail price of $579.

Even with all of its awards and specs, this is by far the most popular Meepo board that we recommend you pick.

Meepo Mini 2

Retail Price: $379

If you don’t like longboard decks and want something smaller and easier to carry, you can also buy the Meepo Mini 2, which costs the same as the V3.

With the same specs as the V3, this 20-inch deck is a great back-up.

  • Range: 11 miles (can be upgraded to 20 miles)

But since the deck is smaller and stiffer, going too fast on this thing is a big risk. If you hit a rock while going 29 mph, you’ll be thrown into the road and hurt a lot.

Meepo is a good person, no matter what. A good choice for anyone who wants to save money on e-skating.

WowGo Mini

Retail Price: $379

It is only 28 inches long, making it the shortest board on the list.

It’s so small that you might think it was made just for kids. But this tiny board, which is only 15 pounds and can hold up to 330 pounds of weight, can be used by even the heaviest humans and adults.

This board can carry and hold something that is 22 times its own weight. This makes it the strongest board on this list, pound for pound. If people were as strong as this board, the average man could lift about 4,000 pounds.

Depending on how much money you are willing to spend, there are two ways to increase the range from 12 miles to 14 miles or 19 miles.

Wowgo is another Chinese company that makes six different e-boards. Four of them cost $500 or less. Again, these boards are very cheap and of great quality.

Even though the Mini is great, choose the next WowGo board on the list if you want to buy one.

WowGo 3

Retail Price: $499

The WowGo 3 is another 38-inch deck. It is right on the edge of what many people would call a “cheap electric skateboard.”

I almost chose the WowGo 2S for this spot, but it’s pretty much the same thing as the Mini, just in longboard form.

When compared to other models, the Model 3 has more power, which is clear during a ride test. This is because the model 3 has a turbo mode that gives it 55% more power and torque.

It’s more expensive than most of the other boards on this list, but that doesn’t mean it’s not good.

Blitzart Huracane

First, the boards are really, really cheap.

The $289 retail price seems too good to be true, and you shouldn’t be willing to go any lower. Anything less than that will be really bad.

It doesn’t have the best specs, but that’s because it’s better for kids, though adults can ride it without any trouble.

But when you consider that it costs less than $300, it’s pretty good. On average, I move around on all of my other boards at a speed of 17 mph. The range could be a little bit better, and it works better on a flat surface, but I’ll take it!

This board also ships from the United States, which means it will get to you much faster and with better service than some of those Chinese companies.

Acton Blink S-R

Retail Price: $399

The Bltzart is the same, but it costs an extra $110.

For obvious reasons, I like Acton’s Bling S-2 and Blink Quatro much better than this board. However, this board is still on the list.

If you weigh more than 220 pounds, you shouldn’t buy the board because it can only hold up to that much.

But it’s a great board for people who weigh less. Since I’m on the heavier side, I had a friend try it out, and he really liked it.

Maxfind Max 2

Retail Price: $449

Maxfind was one of the first boards I heard about when I got into electric skateboarding. It was the first and only diamond-cut board in the world.

The company is Chinese, but they have great customer service and support, and they ship faster than other Chinese companies (3-5 day delivery)!

  • Top Speed: 20 mph
  • Range: 15 miles
  • Incline Rate: 25%

The Max 2’s looks might be the coolest thing about it, not its specs. The company says that the design was based on the sharp lines of Cadillac cars. The bottom of the board is printed with carbon fiber and has beautiful triangle patterns.

This board does look a little bit like a sports car.

The battery is also a big step up from the competition because it only needs 2 hours to be fully charged. And unlike other e-boards, this one has a dustproof and waterproof rating of IP65, which means it can handle a few splashes of water and keep going.

Skatebolt Tornado II

Retail Price: $519

Three or four years ago, Skatebolt was a much more well-known brand. In terms of popularity, they are not as popular as they used to be.

Even if you don’t want to admit it, the Tornado II is still a great board.

A 22 mile range? Are you kidding me!?

That’s so good it’s crazy! The board also comes with a remote with a high-tech LCD screen that shows speed mode, battery capacity, and other things.

The board also comes with a pair of taillights in the back to make you more visible to people behind you and make it safer. But this makes me wonder why the hell they didn’t add front headlights?

Even though the Tornado II is a good board, I have heard a lot of bad things about Skatebolt as a company. First of all, it’s not easy to find the website (its address is Second, forget about any help with customer service or support. People who have problems with their board have told me they can’t get in touch with anyone.

Swagtron Swagskate NG2

Retail Price: $399

Swagtron is a well-known and often underrated brand that sells more than just electric skateboards (ie, electric scooters, hoverboards, and electric bikes).

But we’re going to talk about their 900-watt NG2 model here.

  • Top Speed: 18 mph
  • Range: 11 miles
  • Incline Rate: 15%

The specs don’t look too bad, but the maximum weight is 220 lbs. If you’re on the heavier side, speed and range won’t be as good as they could be.

I love that this board has a cruise control, which is something that a lot of new boards don’t have. With the remote, you can choose how fast you want to go and, with the push of a button, the car will stay at that speed.


2.1 Vs 5.1 Vs 7.1 Soundbar

Most of the audio stuff that has been listed here on this blog, is usually related to some amateur to expert audiophiles. They no longer need to spend a lot of time because of their past experience and how well they understand the technical stuff.

But if you only listen occasionally or not very often, you may still find some things strange, which is why you came to this page.

After buying a good TV for movies and streaming, the next challenge might be getting a good surround sound system or the best home theater system for your needs.

There are different kinds of soundbars for home theaters, but you need to know what you want and how each one works to know if that particular soundbar will make you happy. Are they strong enough to play a good piece of music, or do they have more power than you need?

We finally had a respite from the rain after weeks of nonstop downpours. That was followed by another kind of interruption. Mowing in the spongy, puddle-pocked mess I call a yard, I noticed my mower’s pull cord was frayed where it enters the starter housing. There will be a replacement in the next few months. On the first pull, it snapped.

Starting cord, starting rope, pull cord, lawn mower rope, recoil starter rope, rip cord, etc… are just a few of the many names for this particular small engine part. We tend to use “starter cords” as well, as many other retailers do. It doesn’t matter what you call it, the process of replacing a starter cord is nearly identical regardless of the vehicle (even for other equipment, like string trimmers, pressure washers, chain saws and generators).

Housing Project – Accessing The Starting Assembly

If you’ve never had to deal with a faulty pull cord before, it can be a frightening experience when one fails on you. But don’t be concerned; it’s a simple, minor repair that can be completed in twenty minutes or less (or else you’ll get your next one free!).
To begin, remove a few bolts from the recoil starter housing and pull it away from the rest of the engine. The cord reel (spring pulley) is attached to the underside of the housing with a spring loaded mechanism. It is not necessary to separate the pulley from its housing unless there is a problem with the spring assembly itself. If the pulley is difficult to turn, you can try spraying some lubricant between the reel and the housing to loosen it up.
If possible, remove the housing and clean out any grass, twigs, and other debris that may have managed to find their way into the house during the process.

Pull The Plug On The Old Pull Cord

Disconnect the damaged cord from the reel and pull handle, and then secure the frayed ends with a piece of string. To make a new cord, measure the old one and cut it to a length that is several inches longer (to account for the knots at each end and where it broke). You don’t need to worry about the exact length of the extension cord, as long as you keep it within 6 inches of the original starter cord.
The home improvement store had a new starter cord that I planned on purchasing. For some reason, the only ones that were available at the time were made of cheap plastic rope (and included a new pull handle, which I don’t use). Instead, I used some paracord that I already had in the shop that was the right size. Paracord is available in a wide variety of colors and patterns, so you can make your mower stand out visually.

May I Have Your A-tension? – Tightening The Coil Spring

To tension the coil spring behind the pulley before attaching the new lawn mower starting cord, we first need to remove the old one. By flipping the housing upside down, you can easily rotate it in the same direction that the pulley would turn if the cord were being pulled (counter clockwise).
Make sure you don’t let the spring go until it feels like it’s reaching its limit. Back the pulley off a full rotation and a little more to make sure the tie-off hole in the pulley and the cord guide hole in the housing are aligned with each other.
Thread your new starter cord through the housing and reel, then secure it with a knot at the other end of the housing. Allow the pulley to spool the cord in a gentle manner. However, leave enough hanging out to allow you to attach the pull handle.
Depending on whether your mower is equipped with a pull cord loop on the handle bar that keeps the cord close at hand, there may be a good foot or so of cord that does not wind onto the reel (this is normal). However, if your starter cord attempts to retract all the way down into the housing, you can use a clamp or a loose knot temporarily to keep the end hanging out while you attach the handle.

Final Check & Reassembly

Before reinstalling the starter, check to see if the fully-extended cord reaches its end before the spring. However, the pulley should be held in place by a knot at its end rather than by the coil spring when you’ve pulled out all of its starting cord. It’s possible that the pulley needs a few more turns of tension if the spring bottoms out before the rope.

Making the same jump over and over again may not be as fun as having a lot of different landscapes, but when it comes to learning new tricks, it usually works out.


A lot of space or none at all won’t help you if there aren’t any places you can skate. As soon as you’ve gotten better than a curb can offer, you may want to make your own skate features. Online, you can find a lot of great blue prints for a lot of different things. If you have some basic power tools, you don’t have to spend a lot of money to make them yourself.

5. Change Your Style

A cat can be skinned in many different ways. It doesn’t have to be one of the options above that works for you. You can always try a different kind of skating. Some longboarding styles don’t need anything to jump off of, and all you need to go down a hill is a hill. You can work on your speed and fluidity at any time. In the long run, these skills will still come in handy. They’re also better than nothing if you want to find good skateboarding spots.

#When to Change Your Skateboard

There are a lot of things you need to do to change your skateboard wheel, but they are easy if you have patience and the right tools. If you want to change your skate or longboard wheels, this guide will show you how to do it. Let’s start by getting the materials or tools that you need to do this job right away.

Materials & Tools Required

  • 1/2′′ Wrench
  • Four half-inch axle nuts
  • A tray to keep the axle nut and bolts.
  • Skate is a tool
  •  4 Wheels
  • 8 Skateboard Bearings
  • Bearing spacers (optional)

Time to change the wheels.

Once you have all the tools and materials you need, it’s time to change your skateboard wheels with the new ones you just bought. How do we do this?

  1. Take your axle nuts and speed washers off

Make sure your board is on its back. You can remove the axle nuts and speed washers with a skate tool or a power drill. Put them to one side. If you don’t want them to get lost, put them where you can see them! Do not take your wheels and other parts off.

  1. Remove the inner bearings

Pull the wheels off so that the outer bearings clear the end of the axle. Then twist the wheels off, leaving the inner bearings and spacers on the axle, and remove the wheels. When you open a bottle of beer, you move in the same way.


  1. Turn the wheels around.

In the end, you’ll be left with a pair of wheels with the outer bearings still inside of them. Turn them around and put them back on the axles so that the wheels are facing inwards, then put them back on.


  1. Remove the outer bearings

When you open a bottle of beer in the same way you did in step 2, remove the outer bearings.


  1. Check everything is aligned

This means you should now have a speed washer on each side of the axle. You should now have a spacer, a bearing, and a spacer on each side. If some things have come off, put them back on so that everything looks like this picture.


  1. Put the outer bearings on the ground.

With your new wheels, with the graphic facing inwards, push the wheels onto the bearings at the end of the wheel’s wheel tube. The process might be a little slow, but because you’re pushing both wheels on at once, it’s going to be twice as fast as it would be on its own!


  1. Turn your wheels round

Outer Bearings are the only bearings in each wheel. You should now have two pairs of wheels with one in each wheel. Turn the wheels so that they’re facing outwards again, and line them up with the inner bearings and spacers on the inside of the wheel.


  1. Make sure the inner bearings are in place.

Squeeze the wheels into the bearings on the inside. If it’s a tight fit on the core, you’ll have to get your muscles out. By doing both wheels at once, you’re going to make this twice as quick. The axles also keep everything in line, so there’s no need to mess around with a bearing spacer in your wheels.


    9.Tighten up the axle nuts so they don’t move again.

Speed washer: Put it back on the axle. Then, thread the nut on and tighten it with your skate tool or power drill. To make sure that you have tightened your wheels enough but that they still move, give them a quick spin and shake. Then, go skate!
